My nan died of A Plastic Aneamia she was a great nan the few years we had to spend with her as we
were very young at the time of her death.

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you,
and whispered "Come to Me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
we watched you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands now rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
All our love
Those we love remain with us,
For love itself lives on'
And cherished memories never fade,
Because a loved ones gone,
Those we love can never be,
More than a thought apart,
For as long as there is memory,
They'll live on in the heart
To you Nan with love
If we could have a lifetime wish
and one dream that could come true

hearts just to see and speak to you

You’ve left behind our broken hearts
and precious memories too
But we’ve never wanted memories
We only wanted you

God looked around his garden
and found an empty place
He then looked down upon this earth
and saw your tired face
He put his arms around you
and lifted you to rest
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain
He knew that you would never
get well on earth again
He saw that the road was getting rough
and the hills are hard to climb
So he closed your weary eyelids
and whispered, “Peace be thine”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home
